honestly sometimes those top tier law firms just create problems to bill more hours. for a basic business buyout you don't need that level of "safeguarding" that just means reading a million documents that don't matter. a good regular lawyer can spot the big stuff without making the whole process take twice as long and cost three times as much. their "big win" was finding some old clause everyone forgot about, but how much did you pay them to find that one thing? probably more than it was worth.
