Hit 100 real connections in my network last month and it changed how I see things

I've been building my network for about 2 years and crossed 100 people I actually talk to regularly. That number felt small but suddenly I'm getting 2-3 referrals a week without asking. Has anyone else noticed a tipping point where your network starts working for you?
