I keep seeing founders at my local Austin meetups treat networking like a numbers game
They just hand out cards and pitch, but my best client came from a 30 minute chat about our shared problem with payment processors. Why do people think more contacts is better than real connections?

Ugh, I read that quality over quantity is the real secret sauce.

Last year I switched from posting three times a day to just one really good video a week. My engagement doubled in a month because people actually watched the whole thing and shared it. It forced me to plan better content instead of just filling a schedule. Now I spend that extra time researching topics my followers ask about.

My old YouTube channel had me posting daily for two years straight. I was sure more videos meant more views, but my watch time was terrible. Seeing your numbers double from one good video a week is a huge deal. It makes me realize I was just making background noise for people. I need to try focusing on one solid piece of content instead of rushing to post every day.
