That mentor who told me to fire my biggest client after 3 years
A guy from my local BNI group said drop the $8k/month account that was eating 60% of my time, and I thought he was nuts until I did it and replaced them with 3 smaller clients in 6 weeks. Has anyone else had a "fire the whale" move work out or backfire on them?

60% of your time for just $8k? That math is brutal when you break it down per hour. What did the smaller clients pay that made the switch worth it?

That $8k was basically my whole day, every day. Smaller clients were paying $2k-$3k for way less stress and time.
