Debate: Should we push extractions hard even if the client says no?
My mentor told me to always respect a client's no and skip extractions, but I did a facial on a friend last week who refused extractions and ended up with a breakout two days later. Do you push for what you know they need or back off completely?

Did you warn your friend about the breakout risk beforehand?

Watched a dermatologist talk about this on a podcast once, they said warning clients beforehand is the best way to cover yourself. @tyler_fox41 nailed it with that point, telling your friend what could happen puts the choice on them. If she still said no after you explained the breakout risk, then she knew what she was signing up for. Sometimes you just have to let people learn the hard way and move on.

Oh man, I feel this... @tyler_fox41 has a point though, warning is important. I've noticed this same thing happens everywhere, not just skincare - people ignore advice and then get mad when things go wrong later.
