Hot take: I finally hit 50 facial extractions in one session and it broke my brain a little

Last Tuesday I had a client with some serious congestion, and I counted exactly 51 extractions before I stopped to breathe. I usually average around 25-30 per deep cleansing facial, so this was wild (especially for a Tuesday afternoon in Austin). Has anyone else had a session where the blackheads just kept coming and you lost count halfway through?

Did my hand cramp up halfway through or was that just me?

Did you try switching hands partway through to give the cramp a break? That helped me when I had the same issue last week, just had to slow down a bit. A quick wrist stretch before starting again made a big difference too.
