I just hit 500 clients in my books and the number that stood out was 42.

That's how many of them came from referrals in the past three months alone, which is a huge jump from my usual 15 or so. It really showed me that focusing on a calm, educational experience in my treatment room pays off more than any ad I could run. What's one thing you've done that's really boosted your word-of-mouth business?

Honestly, I thought that was cheesy but it works.

Read a blog post about sending a simple thank you card after a first appointment. Not an invoice reminder, just a note saying it was nice to meet them. The writer said it made clients feel seen and they told friends about that personal touch. Have you tried anything like that?
