I read a study showing 40% of clients think extractions are the most painful part of a facial, which seems wild because I always thought it was the high-frequency wand.

Honestly that sounds like people just talking themselves into it. If you make a big deal about the pain before you even start, of course they're gonna focus on it. Maybe just keep the whole process chill instead of singling out steps.
