That $150 LED face mask I bought on impulse... total regret

I dropped $150 on this fancy red light therapy mask back in February from some Instagram ad. Used it maybe 4 times and my skin broke out worse than before, little red bumps all over my cheeks. Pretty sure it was just blasting my face with cheap lights that did nothing. Has anyone else had a bad reaction to those at-home LED devices?

My friend bought one and her face looked like she got attacked by tiny little pimples all over her forehead. She ended up tossing it after a month and said the only thing it actually did was make her wallet lighter.

Yeah that's what happens when your skin doesn't agree with a product. Patch test first always.
