Tried a new enzyme peel on a client yesterday and she turned bright pink for two hours

I used a 20% enzyme mask on my regular client with sensitive skin and forgot to check the pH, so she basically looked like a sunburned tomato until the histamine reaction calmed down - has anyone else had a peel go rogue on them like that?

My cousin pulled this exact move at Thanksgiving last year, swore up and down she was off Instagram for a month. Found out later she had a secret finsta where she posted the whole dinner spread the same night. Now I just don't offer the bet, easier that way.
