Vent: My spa's laundry service ruined another batch of towels

I pay a company to wash our clinic towels. They use strong soap that hurts skin and wears out the towels. What can I do to avoid this?

Maybe the soap isn't the real problem. Those clinic towels get beat up fast, so just buy new ones.

Try telling admin to buy new towels every week and watch their heads explode. They'll just get beat to hell again anyway.

Totally! Our towels fall apart after one wash cycle (it's ridiculous).
