The awkward moment I realized my neighbor was watching me take her newspaper to recycle

Four days ago my neighbor flipped out because I accidentally grabbed her mail instead of mine and honestly people get weird about their stuff. Is it really that serious though? Like she threw the newspaper away, its trash now, you're just taking trash to recycling. Unless you're sneaking onto her porch at 5am and grabbing it before she's even seen it, but even then it's a free newspaper. I'd just say hey I recycle those if you don't want them, no big deal.

That's pretty awkward but she's got no right to be mad. She's the one throwing away perfectly good newspapers. You're doing the planet a favor. Maybe next time just ask her directly if she wants them. Might clear the air.
