Bought a $30 mattress topper from Amazon and my back feels way worse now
I picked up one of those cheap gel memory foam toppers last month thinking it would help my old mattress, but after two weeks my lower back is actually killing me. It was the Linenspa 3-inch one, seemed fine at first but it sleeps hot and sinks too much. Anyone found a topper under $100 that actually supports you right?

Made the SAME mistake and now I'm sleeping like a hunchback shrimp. Learned the hard way that cheap foam just means sinking into a sweaty marshmallow pit.

Ditch that Linenspa thing QUICK. I put a cheap topper on my guest bed and now my mother in law bitches about her back every time she visits. You need at least 4 inches of denser foam like the Lucid 4 inch ventilated one, it still sinks a bit but not into a saggy hole. Those cheap 3 inch toppers just don't have the guts to hold you up, especially if you're over 150 pounds. Return that mattress topper and never buy anything under 4 inches again.
