Finally got my local grocery store to fix the broken shopping cart wheel that's been squeaking for 3 months
I walked past that squeaky cart #12 every single Tuesday for 12 weeks and finally complained at customer service. They actually replaced all the busted wheels on their carts yesterday. Has anyone else had luck getting a store to fix something you reported?

Ugh, that cart #12 had it coming! I had a similar victory with the produce scale at my store that always read 0.2 pounds too heavy. Took me four months and three different customer service people before they finally recalibrated it. Now my bananas actually cost what they're supposed to. It's such a small thing but it really does make the shopping trip less annoying when you don't have to dodge the broken stuff every time.

Cart #12 was my nemesis for months, now I have to find something new to grumble about while shopping.
