My neighbor's new motion light is aimed right at my bedroom window

They put it up last Friday, and it's one of those super bright LED ones. Every time a cat or a leaf moves in their yard, my whole room lights up like a stage. I tried talking to them about it, but they said it's for safety and won't adjust it. Has anyone else had to deal with this and found a way to get some sleep?

Try a cheap window film that blocks light.

Sounds like your neighbor is trying to help you find your socks at 3 AM. @finley_craig53 has a good idea, or maybe just get a REALLY big mirror for your window.
