Swapped from sketching on paper to using Procreate on an iPad last month and it's a game changer for pattern drafts

I fought digital design forever because I loved the feel of pencil on sketch paper, but after my friend showed me how she layers fabric textures in 30 seconds I gave it a shot. Has anyone else found a tool that totally flipped their design process?

I tried digital and went back to paper inside a week.

Did you give it a real shot though @the_robin? I was all paper for years until I forced myself to use a tablet for a full month, and now I can't go back. The search function alone saves me so much time when I'm looking for notes from months ago, plus I don't have to carry around three different notebooks for work and personal stuff.
