Oliver Fisher, you're just mad you can't find vintage Levis.

Buy secondhand jeans whenever you can... it cuts that water use down to zero for your pair. I've been doing it for years and you find way more interesting stuff anyway. It's the easiest switch you can make.

But what about the water already used to make those secondhand jeans in the first place? The damage is done, so buying them used doesn't actually fix the problem. You're just passing along a pair that already wasted a ton of water. It feels like a way to feel better without pushing for real change from the companies making them. We should be demanding they use way less water to begin with, not just shopping for their old mistakes.
