I just hit 100 different fast food items logged in my tracking app
I started using this app called 'Burger Log' about eight months ago just for fun, to remember what I liked at new places. I opened it yesterday and saw the counter at 100 exactly. It kind of shocked me because I didn't think I ate that much fast food. Looking back, it's not just burgers. It's all the limited time offers, like that weird pickle pizza from Little Caesars last fall, or trying every dipping sauce at a new chicken spot. It made me realize how much variety is out there now, way more than when I was a kid and it was just fries or onion rings. The app shows I've tried stuff from 27 different chains. Has anyone else tracked their fast food eats and been surprised by the number?

Remember my friend who did that with coffee shops? She hit 50 and then realized half were just from one airport layover. It shows how easy it is to rack up numbers without even noticing, especially with all these new menu items. She said it made her cut back a bit.

That's so true what @claireo67 said about racking up numbers without noticing. Airports are the worst for that, you're just stuck there grabbing a drink every time you pass the same three shops. Makes you wonder how much of our habits are just about being in a certain place and not even really wanting the stuff. Her friend cutting back makes total sense once you see the pattern. It's like the menu tricks you into thinking you're trying new things when you're just stuck in a routine.
