Shoutout to the cashier at Taco Bell who talked me into trying the Cheesy Gordita Crunch

She said it's her go-to order and that the regular tacos are boring lol. I've been ordering nothing else for 6 months now - do you guys usually trust the workers' personal rankings or stick to the menu classics?

Did you end up trying the Cheesy Gordita Crunch back then? I gotta hand it to the Taco Bell workers, they steered me right when I swapped my usual Crunchwrap for the Crunchwrap Supreme, so I'd say trust them.

Oh man, @joseph_murray8, I actually did cave and try it. Figured if the workers were that confident, who was I to argue? It was good, sure, but I swear the thing fell apart in my hands like it was designed to test my patience. Guess that's just the price of trusting someone who might be aiming for a promotion instead of a clean lap. Still better than my usual regret of getting a Crunchwrap that's 90% lettuce though, right?

Oh for real, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is a total game changer! I resisted for way too long because of the price but then a worker at my local spot was like "trust me, get the Doritos Locos version" and wow I've never looked back. The one downside is the mess factor - I always end up with that warm spicy sauce running down my chin no matter how careful I try to be. Still beats ordering a hard taco that shatters into a million pieces after two bites though.
