Took 45 minutes to order at Taco Bell last Tuesday

I was standing there staring at the menu board trying to figure out if the Cantina Chicken bowl was actually worth $8.49 compared to the normal one. The teen behind the counter just kept looking at me like I was crazy. Has anyone else had decision paralysis at a fast food counter before?

Dude, the Taco Bell menu is like a maze designed to trap you. Last week I spent a solid 10 minutes just staring at the different Crunchwrap options, trying to decide if the extra cheese was worth the upcharge. Then the cashier sighed really loud and I panicked and just ordered three soft tacos instead of what I actually wanted. The worst part is the whole time you're standing there you can feel the line behind you getting restless, so the pressure just makes it worse.

Man, @the_alice hit the nail on the head. That menu is pure chaos designed to break you down. But I gotta ask, did you ever go back and get what you actually wanted, or are you still haunted by those three sad soft tacos? I swear the cashier sighing is part of their secret training, it's the final boss of fast food ordering. The whole experience makes me wonder if they purposely mix up the menu just to watch us panic order the cheapest thing.
