Traded my 20-year Popeyes loyalty for Chick-fil-A last month and it hurt my wallet

I used to hit Popeyes every Tuesday for their $5 chicken sandwich deal, but after I moved to Charlotte and saw the Chick-fil-A drive-thru moving faster, I gave in. Now I'm spending $8.50 a meal and the speed is nice, but has anyone else felt guilty dropping a long-time fast food spot just for convenience?

Honestly @ray324 nailed it with "it's a chicken sandwich, not a breakup" tbh. Popeyes probably won't send you a sad email asking why you ghosted them.

Guilty? Man, it's a chicken sandwich, not a breakup. You traded one fast food chain for another, not a family pet. If you're really losing sleep over $3.50 and some biscuits, maybe fast food loyalty isn't the hill worth dying on. Popeyes isn't sitting around wondering where you are. Save the guilt for something real, like skipping leg day or forgetting your mom's birthday.
