Oh man, that's the worst feeling. I had a similar thing happen at a taco place last month, but it was my own fault for trying to customize something simple. I asked for no onions, and I swear they heard "extra onions," because that's what I got three times in a row. I gave up and just picked them off. Sometimes you just hit a wall with the order system, or maybe the person on the headset is having a rough day. It's a special kind of frustration when you're just sitting there in your car.
