Yeah that's everywhere now lol. Feels like every new build cuts corners with cheap materials and weird layouts. Saw a place last month where the bathroom door hit the toilet if you opened it all the way, just bad planning.

My friend toured The Pines and said the kitchen had fake drawers (you know, just for looks). Total red flag.
