Heard a client call our work 'just a bunch of flowers'

I was setting up for a wedding in Portland last weekend and overheard the groom tell a friend our arch was 'just a bunch of flowers'. It really got to me. We spent three days wiring and hydrating every stem to make that structure hold up for eight hours. It made me think we need to do a better job showing the work that goes into our designs. How do you explain the real skill behind a big install to clients who don't see it?
