Rant: The 'no foam' trend for wedding work is making my life harder

I did a 15-table reception in Charlotte last weekend where the bride insisted on zero floral foam, so we had to hand-tie and wire everything, which added 4 hours to our setup. Has anyone else found a good, stable alternative that doesn't triple the labor?
