PSA: I put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in my coffee last Tuesday and it's a game changer

I was out of creamer at home, so I dropped a spoonful of plain vanilla in my mug. It melts into this perfect, slightly sweet foam that's way better than any powder. Anyone else got a weird dairy swap that actually works?

Okay @xena_west43, what flavor did you finish off? I just killed a pint of that coffee chip from the local shop, and now my freezer is tragically empty.

Honestly an empty freezer is a good thing. I never keep ice cream at home because it makes me snack too much. That coffee chip flavor is basically just sugar with a caffeine kick. My wallet feels better when I skip buying pints every week. Plus the local shop probably charges way too much for it anyway. Saving money and avoiding a sugar crash seems like a win to me.
