Talked to a guy in Albuquerque who runs a 12 person crew with nothing but text messages

He told me he ditched all project management apps after a year because his guys just ignore notifications anyway and actually respond faster to a plain SMS, got me wondering if I'm overcomplicating things with my current setup for my 8 person crew.

Honestly, you're gonna lose so much time and context with just texting. No way to track what was approved or who said what when someone messes up later.

Used to think texting was messy but honestly my guys actually read and respond to it way more than they ever did trello.
