Choosing between The Roof Technician and High Park Roofing?

Getting down to the wire on picking a roofer for a complete tear-off and replacement. I have very similar quotes from The Roof Technician and High Park Roofing. Has anyone worked with either of these companies? Would love to hear about your experience.

I've actually used both for different properties! I definitely prefer The Roof Technician. Their communication is way better and the crew was much more respectful of the landscaping. They are my top pick for roofing toronto projects now.

High Park did my neighbor's house. The roof looks fine now, but it took them forever to finish. They left a dumpster in the driveway for like two weeks after the job was supposedly done.
