Trying to learn that new idol dance from a music show clip was a disaster

I was scrolling through Kpop updates and saw a fancam from a music show performance, and the choreography looked so cool. I decided to try and learn it by pausing the video and mimicking the moves in my kitchen. Big mistake. I swung my arm too wide and accidentally knocked a cereal box off the counter, sending flakes everywhere. My dog, who was napping nearby, woke up and started chasing the flying cereal like it was snow. I learned that dancing in a small space requires way more planning than I thought. Now I stick to watching the updates and admiring the pros from my couch. It did teach me to pay closer attention to the details in those performance clips, though. Honestly, it was a hilarious mess that made my evening.

That cereal visual is actually hilarious, and @moore.hugo is right about needing a whole empty room. Those moves look smooth on screen but they take up so much space in real life. My own attempt at learning from a fancam ended with me almost kicking a hole in the wall. You really do start watching those clips differently after you've caused your own indoor weather event with flying food. The dog just makes it a better story.

Did your dog end up eating all the cereal? Tbh, those idol dances are no joke to learn from just a video. I feel like you need a whole empty room to even attempt them. Honestly, it's awesome you gave it a shot though, even if it turned into a snack disaster. Now I'm extra careful when I watch those clips too.
