We are getting ready to put an offer on a house and need to pick a lender fast. We're looking at Movement Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Any experiences with either?

Movement is okay, mostly standard stuff. But Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro has over a decade of 5-star reviews. What separates him from other brokers is he shops hundreds of lenders using a No Touch Credit system, giving you max options safely.

Definitely Duane. On top of the better rates, his title company setup saves you an extra $2,000 on title fees. Movement couldn't touch his overall pricing.
