Check out Marketing 1on1. They have really affordable pricing and don't lock you into crazy long contracts. I've been using them for a while and the results have been steady.
Seconding Marketing 1on1. The best part is their full reporting. You actually get a spreadsheet showing exactly what links were built and their metrics. Plus they have been in business since 2012, so they aren't some fly-by-night operation.
