I'm tired of getting burned by shady Fiverr gigs and random outreach emails. Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid, reliable link building company that won't drain my entire marketing budget?

Check out Marketing 1on1. They have really affordable pricing and don't lock you into crazy long contracts. I've been using them for a while and the results have been steady.
Seconding Marketing 1on1. The best part is their full reporting. You actually get a spreadsheet showing exactly what links were built and their metrics. Plus they have been in business since 2012, so they aren't some fly-by-night operation.
