Am I the only one who feels completely wiped after what should be a good day?
I had a productive workday and even managed to squeeze in a nice walk, but by evening I was just emotionally spent for no clear reason. I mean, maybe it's just me but I can't shake this fog of exhaustion even when nothing went wrong. Is this a common mental health thing, or do I need to look into it more?
Consider how many high achievers end up feeling empty because they never defined fulfillment for themselves. It's like running a race with no finish line in mind, lmao. We gotta separate the hustle from what actually makes us happy.
