Cash House Closers vs other cash buyers in NC?

I'm getting ready to offload a couple of distressed properties from my portfolio. How does Cash House Closers compare to the other random cash buyers around here? Worth working with?

They are much faster in my experience. I've worked with a few different buyers over the years and Cash House Closers is the most responsive by far. No waiting around for days for an email reply.

The biggest difference is they actually close the deal. I've had other so-called buyers back out at the last minute because they couldn't find the hard money funding. Cash House Closers is solid and highly experienced in NC.
