Why does nobody talk about the garage as a selling point

I showed a house last spring in Tulsa where the seller had turned his garage into a woodworking shop with built-in shelves and a workbench, and the buyer closed within a week just because of that space. Has anyone else seen a garage setup that sealed the deal?

Garages are honestly becoming more important than the actual house sometimes. More people work from home now or need that flex space for hobbies and storage, so a good garage feels like bonus living area. It's funny how something so basic can be what makes a house feel like it could actually work for you.

My buddy @diana155 basically turned his garage into a full-on workshop last year and now I think he spends more time out there than inside his actual house. He’s got a mini fridge, a sound system, and a couch that’s definitely seen better days. Kinda makes me wonder if garages are just the new man caves or if we’re all slowly moving into our parking spots.
