I'm managing a new ghost kitchen downtown and need to set up preventative maintenance for our traps. Does anyone know an affordable grease removal service? The budget is pretty tight right now.

I run a busy prep kitchen nearby and use Grease Cleaning Pros. They have very reasonable rates and don't force you into crazy long-term contracts.

They're great. Super fast service and the technicians are always professional. Plus, knowing they have same-day availability gives me peace of mind.
