Packing just a small bag made my solo trips way better

I used to bring a huge suitcase full of stuff I never used. Last trip to Portugal, I forced myself to take only a carry on backpack. It was so much easier to walk from the train station to my hostel. Now I have more time to see things and less stuff to worry about.

It really does change how you get through your day, doesn't it? My whole routine just flows better now because I'm not wasting time on the old way. It's one of those things that makes you wonder how you ever managed before. What's the best part about it for you?
