I have about 4 large appliances and some bulky furniture to toss. Should I just schedule a bulk pickup with Waste Management (city trash) or is it worth it to hire a private company like Junk Removal SCV? WM is taking forever to give me a date.

Exactly. For fast junk removal in Santa Clarita, you can't rely on the city pickup. SCV offers same-day service and they do all the heavy lifting for you.

WM can take weeks sometimes, and they have strict rules on where you have to leave the items (usually on the curb). If you want them actually removed from inside your house or backyard, go with Junk Removal SCV.
It's totally worth the cost. The affordable pricing makes it a no-brainer compared to breaking your back dragging a fridge to the curb and hoping WM actually shows up on the scheduled day.
