Overhead press felt shaky until I adjusted my grip

I always struggled with keeping the bar steady overhead. A coach pointed out my hands were too close together, and widening them helped a lot.

Shaky presses are normal, no need for dramatic fixes.

Hey @jones.angela, but a quick fix can turn shaky into solid.

Remember thinking shaky presses were just part of the deal for me. I even agreed with the idea it was normal and not to worry. Having a trainer adjust my grip width completely changed that view. It went from a wobbly struggle to a solid movement just from that one fix.
