Had a string of five jobs in a row last week where the problem was just a clogged drain pump filter.
Every single one was a front load washer, all different brands. The last one, a Samsung in the Northgate apartments, the tenant said it had been 'broken' for three months. Pulled the filter, it was packed solid with hair and a kid's sock. Took ten minutes. Feels weird charging the full diagnostic fee when the fix is that simple, but time is time, right? Do you guys ever adjust the bill for something that turns out to be super easy?
