Had to pick between fixing a 15-year-old ice maker or telling the customer it was toast
I went with the repair since the lady said it was her grandma's fridge and she'd rather pay $200 than buy new. Took me 3 hours and two wrong parts from the supply house but it finally kicked on and she cried happy tears.
