Just realized I'm charging way less than I used to for fridge compressor swaps

Back in 2013 when I ran jobs out of my truck in Denver, I'd quote 450 for a sealed system swap and folks paid it without blinking. Now with all the online part prices and YouTube DIYers, I'm lucky to get 320, and that's after arguing about labor for 20 minutes. I switched to a flat rate book last spring just to stay consistent, but honestly it feels like I'm working twice as hard for the same money. Anyone else seeing their rates drop since the supply house started posting prices online?
