Saw a tech at a Sears parts counter in Spokane using a paper manual from 1998

He was looking up a belt for a Kenmore dryer and the book was falling apart... but he said it's faster than the new system. How many of you still keep the old books around instead of just using the online guides?

Old paper manuals are a liability waiting to happen. Pages get lost or damaged, and the information is often outdated. Digital systems are faster and more reliable for everyone.

Ever try finding a specific step in a 300-page binder during a power outage?
