The little old lady who fixed her own dryer spring
Had a late night call 2 weeks ago in Austin for a dryer that was making a godawful racket. Get there and it's some 80 year old woman who already had the back panel off and showed me which spring she thought broke. She told me she watched a YouTube video and wanted to make sure she was right before spending money. I was there maybe 10 minutes putting a new spring in and she insisted on paying me my full trip charge anyway. Have you ever had a customer who already did half the work for you?
