Debate: Did that $500 HubSpot integration actually save us or just burn cash?

We dropped $500 on a HubSpot-to-Salesforce sync tool last quarter, thinking it would automate lead handoffs. For two months, it doubled our SQL count, but then we found out it was duplicating records and skewing our data. Now I'm stuck between keeping it for the volume or scrapping it for manual checks. Has anyone else dealt with a shiny tool that worked at first but turned into a mess later?

Actually that $500 sounds more like an annual fee than a one-time cost.

Does that include all the software updates and technical support too? Because I've seen some places charge like $200 for the initial setup but then you're stuck paying each time you need a minor fix or a new version. That $500 might cover the first year's worth of patches and bug fixes but they'll hit you with another $300 for year two. Really gotta read the fine print on what "support" actually means with these deals.
