Found out 80% of B2B buyers read 3+ pieces of content before talking to sales
I was looking through our CRM data last Thursday and noticed something weird. Our leads were taking way longer to convert than I expected. So I dug into some HubSpot reports and found this stat that most buyers check out multiple case studies and blog posts before they even fill out a form. It hit me that we need way more top-of-funnel content to catch them earlier. Has anyone else changed their content strategy after seeing their own data like this?

Oh man, that stat hits close to home. Last week I spent two hours tweaking our blog only to realize I was basically writing content for my future sales calls that still never happened. Classic.
