That's a huge jump. My friend had a similar thing happen when they swapped out "How can we help?" for "What's your biggest challenge right now?" on their contact form. The answers they got were way more useful too.

But honestly, that change could totally backfire. Putting "biggest challenge" right up front might scare people off, like you're asking for homework instead of just saying hello. Some folks just want a quick answer, not to spill their guts about a problem they might not even know how to describe yet. You might filter out the simple questions and only get the super complex, time-sucking ones. Sometimes "How can we help?" is just more welcoming, you know? It lets the person lead instead of putting them on the spot.
