Our whole lead scoring system broke for a week in March
It was because someone pushed a bad Salesforce update that messed up our custom fields. For seven days, our sales team got calls from people who just wanted a free trial, not a $50,000 enterprise deal. We had to pull all the old data and rebuild the rules from scratch. Anyone else had a scoring model just fall apart like that?

Oh man, that's the worst. We had a similar meltdown when a new form overwrote our source field. Suddenly every lead looked like a hot referral. It took us days to clean up the mess.

Did they ever figure out how the form broke? That kind of data mess is a total nightmare to fix.
