TIL a simple trick from a trade show booth in Chicago last month
I was at the Manufacturing Expo in Chicago and stopped by a booth for a big industrial pump company. Their main display was just a tablet showing a live feed of their support team answering customer questions. The rep told me they get 40% more qualified leads from that screen than from their product brochures. It shows real people solving real problems right now. I'm thinking of setting up something similar for our next event. Has anyone else tried showing live support or demos at a booth instead of just static info?
