Vent: Client told me our case studies were boring. He was right.
We had this big client in manufacturing who sat through our whole sales deck and said the case studies read like robot instructions. Turns out he was right, they were just stats and no story about the actual people involved. Did anyone else have to completely redo their case study format after one bad review?

Probably depends more on who's pitching than the lesson itself.
