The week my favorite book series got butchered on screen
Last month I set aside a whole Tuesday to watch the first episode of that new adaptation of the Riverfall Chronicles (my favorite books since middle school). I was so excited I even made popcorn and told my wife not to bother me. By the end of the episode they had completely changed the main character's backstory and skipped three important chapters from the book. It was one of the worst viewing experiences I've ever had honestly. Has anyone else had a book adaptation ruin something you loved that badly?

The Willow's End adaptation did the same thing to me, I'm still mad about it honestly lol

Just start the book over and pretend the show doesn't exist.
